WSF has taught me not to put expiry dates on myself, I have achieved goals in my 40s that I never thought possible, Every coach is so skilled but also super friendly, kind and non judgmental. Don't be put off by the bare chests and the grunting as you walk by! it is a top spot with lots of lovely folk. I would highly recommend.
